That’s according to the UAE’s Gulf News newspaper. The article just mentions the celebrations held at the Lebanese Consulate in Dubai. But here is the interesting part, check out the URL of the article:

I was in a rush this morning trying to upload the screenshot before anyone realized the mistake and changed it. 8 hours later and its still up! No response from either the newspaper or the consulate.
